Jurgen Baumhoff, Founder & CEO
Jurgen Baumhoff, CEO & Founder of OSBW (Australia) Pty Ltd was born in October 1952 in Germany and graduated from Management School in Munich with a BA in Hotel Management. He received his further basic training in Hospitality in Switzerland.
He is a member of the Global Hoteliers Club having worked on Four Continents, and a member of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC). He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Perth (Paul Harris Fellow) and has been a panel speaker at several
international Hotel Investment Conferences in the past.
Starting his career in 1973 as a Management Trainee with the Kempinski Hotel Group, he has since worked with major leading Hotel Brands around the globe, i.e. InterContinental (IHG), Hyatt, Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Sheraton and Moevenpick.
His extensive experience covers Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, England, Israel) Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia) Middle East (Qatar, Egypt, Bahrain, Dubai) and Australia.
In 1990, he returned to InterContinental Hotels, as General Manager at various properties in Europe and in 2001 became General Manager of the InterContinental Park Lane in London as well as Regional General Manager for all IHG London properties.
He relocated to the Gulf State of Qatar in March 2003 to head up Qatar National Hotels Company as Chief Executive Officer. QNHC is a Qatari company established and entirely owned by the Government of the State of Qatar, engaged in the ownership, development and management of Hotels and Tourism related projects.
One of his major achievements during the 4-year tenure in Qatar was the unique resort development of ʻSharq Village & Spaʼ, a resort managed by Ritz Carlton Company and a unique Destination Spa managed by Six Senses Resorts & Spas, which has added a new and exciting adventure destination on Qatarʼs map.
Mr. Baumhoff recently returned to Australia from Dubai where he was responsible for the operation for Emaar Hospitality Group, owners and operators of the Address Hotels & Resorts Brand and several Lifestyle leisure business units including golf clubs, a Marina and Equestrian & Polo Club in the UAE.
Mr Baumhoff is the Director of Hospitality & Partner in Inspire WA a planned integrated resort precinct in Perth, Western Australia.
His permanent home is in Perth, Western Australia. He has been married since 31 years and has two grown-up sons both being Australian Citizens and residing in Perth.

Sebastian W. Baumhoff, Director
Sebastian W. Baumhoff is a hard-working, energetic young individual with a passion for the exercise, health and leisure industry. With a Bachelor and First Class Honours degree in Exercise and Health Science, Sebastian is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and prides himself on being a health professional and setting a good example for others. Sebastian leads an active lifestyle by keeping fit and helping others achieve their exercise goals, through both physical and mental training.
In 2010, Sebastian also obtained a Masters in Marketing from the University of Western Australia. Throughout the course he has been exposed to various facets of the marketing industry, from client management solutions, global marketing strategy development and consumer behaviour, to electronic marketing techniques, social media marketing, and applied market research. In 2010 Sebastian took part in the Google Online Marketing Challenge and subsequently placed as a semi-finalist, receiving a personal certificate from the Vice-President of Google Worldwide.
